By using jitol.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Membership
Membership is free. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may leave at any time by emailing support@jitol.org.
Community standards
The ideas board exists to practice the principles of JITOL, especially respect for people who see things differently. When you post, you agree not to:
- use hateful, harassing, threatening or demeaning language toward any person or group, including political opponents;
- post anything unlawful, false and defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- spam, impersonate others, or post private information about anyone.
We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these standards.
Your ideas
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give JITOL a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, adapt and act on your ideas in its work, with or without credit. Please do not post anything you need to keep confidential.
Donations
Contributions to JITOL are not tax-deductible. By donating you confirm the eligibility statements shown on the donation form. Recurring gifts continue monthly until you cancel; email support@jitol.org to cancel. Refund requests made within 30 days will be reviewed.
Store
Prices are in U.S. dollars, and we ship within the United States. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact support@jitol.org within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Content and trademarks
The JITOL name, logo and site content belong to The JITOL Party. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” JITOL does not tell anyone how to vote. We encourage every person to reason for themselves. To the extent the law allows, JITOL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
